Rota was founded by İlker Devrim Atalay with an inspiration to provide top-notch MEP engineering services for buildings and cities at international quality standards worldwide. Since its inception, he has successfully spearheaded Rota on such landmark projects including Port Baku Tower 2, Baku, Azerbaijan, Ganjlik Mall, Baku, Azerbaijan, İstinye Park Shopping Mall, İzmir, Turkey, Garanti BBVA Bank Technology Campus Office Building, İstanbul, Turkey, and Empire World, Erbil, Iraq.
